Type of Information Collected
OneNotify is an online notification system for schools and
colleges. People registering for OneNotify as subscribers
submit their name, and optionally may submit phone numbers,
text messaging information and e-mail addresses. Institutions
registering for OneNotify will submit more detailed information
that includes billing address and contact information.
Use of Collected Information
Subscriber information is collected by OneNotify and is the
sole property of OneNotify. It is shared only with member
institutions. Institution information is collected by OneNotify
and is the sole property of OneNotify. No institution or
subscriber information is shared outside the system.
Subscriber and Institution Contact
Subscribers agree to receive notifications from lists they have
subscribed to. Institutions will receive system messages
related to their activity, and notices of maintenance and
downtime.
Cookies
Cookies are only used to keep track of log-in names and
passwords and grant access to a subscriber's or institution's
profile. Information such as IP address internal session ID,
user's domain, type of Internet browser, domain of Web site are
collected and used only for traffic auditing and analyzing
trends.
Delete/Deactivate
"Deactivating" refers to the process by which Personally
Identifiable Information, upon request, is removed. Because of
backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to
delete a subscriber's entry without some residual information.
An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable
Information deactivated will be functionally deleted. We will
not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to a
deleted individual in any way. To deactivate your account,

Correct and Update Information
Personal information collected through OneNotify may be
corrected or updated on line by the person whose information
was collected.
Notification Of Changes
In the event that there is a change in the privacy practices of
OneNotify, those changes will be posted on this page.
